We are in the process of applying to oil/catering companies to work in camp. We expect 12 hrs per day, 10 days to three weeks in, 4-7 days out but what else can we expect being on the job. We (hubby and I) now operate a catering company of our own, are very good cooks (I am trained in culinary arts) but cannot keep up with the rise in food costs. Do we stand a chance of getting hired on anywhere?
